A retired CIA agent, identified as 69-year-old Robert Hoy, was shot and killed outside a mall in Las Vegas on Tuesday. Initially, it was reported that Hoy was a former CIA agent, but his wife clarified that he did contract work for the agency.

No Arrests Made

Authorities have not made any arrests in connection with the murder of Robert Hoy. However, a retired LVMPD officer was detained by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for questioning.

RIP Robert Hoy

Robert Hoy, a 69-year-old retired CIA employee, was tragically killed in the shooting. His friend, Bruce Moore, revealed that Hoy had moved to Las Vegas to care for his daughter with autism. Hoy's wife also shared that he worked as a computer system engineer and had traveled to the Middle East for various projects as a contractor with the CIA.
